RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

2. Eligibility Conditions

• Be undamaged
• Be in original packaging

Books that have been written in, highlighted, or visibly used are not eligible for return unless defective.

Opened stationery items are eligible for return only if defective.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• You may request a replacement or refund.
• Photographic evidence may be required for verification.
• Return shipping costs will be covered by Backpack! if the error is on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Minor cosmetic imperfections in packaging do not qualify as defects.
